Recent Massachusetts laws and regulations require that Ipswich allow – but not actually create – a substantial amount of multifamily housing around its commuter rail area.
The mission of this website is to assemble and display relevant information, both facts and judgments, in order to identify and evaluate options and approaches for going forward. Its aim is to be nonpartisan. That will sometimes mean including conflicting partisan views.
